Instant Replay: Saints’ Sean Payton Hits Great Golf Shot At Zurich Classic

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton hit a beautiful golf shot from the grandstand to the green at the Zurich Classic PGA Tour event.
Payton his the shot prior the the tournament on April 21.
The Zurich Classic is played annually at the TPC Louisiana course in Avondale, Louisiana.
During Wednesday’s festivities, Payton hit a shot from the grandstand onto the green.
His next stroke was a putt into the hole.

“It was a big hole in the money game, too, so that made it better,” Payton told reporters after the shot.

Payton has served as the Saints’ head coach since 2006.
He is currently coaching local players in the NFL: Taysom Hill, Marcus Williams, Kaden Elliss, and Chase Hansen.
Under Payton’s coaching, New Orleans won Super Bowl XLIV in 2010.

Payton owns a career record as an NFL head coach of 152-89, including 9-8 in the postseason.
