Tony Finau Receives Facetime Call From Tom Brady During Weather Delay At The Masters

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah’s Tony Finau received the most unexpected facetime calls during the recent weather delay at The Masters. According to CBS golf commentator Jim Nantz, Finau received a motivational call from Tom Brady.
It remains unknown what was said on the call. However, Finau uploaded a video to his Instagram where he is seen eating food alongside his wife and eldest son in the parking lot at Augusta National.

The weather delay lasted one hour and 20 minutes as a thunderstorm travelled across Augusta National. The rain has slowed the golf course down, making it easier for the field to attack pins and score lower.
Finau is currently one-over-par on the day and four shots behind current leaders Justin Rose and Hideki Matsuyama on Moving Day at The Masters. Finau is hoping to secure his first Green Jacket and second career PGA Tour victory.
Finau has made the cut for the fourth consecutive Masters since he debuted in 2018. His best finish came in 2019 when he played alongside eventual champion Tony Finau and Francesco Mollinari in the final grouping on Sunday.
