Rudy Gobert Fakes Out Blazers Defender, Finishes With Layup And A Flex

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert got creative on an offensive rebound in the third quarter against the Portland Trail Blazers that involved a flex.
A shot by the Jazz went up and Rudy Gobert fought for the offensive rebound, faked a pass over the head of the defender and finished with a layup and the foul. After the play, Gobert gave a nice flex to the crowd at Vivint Arena on Thursday night.
The Frenchman had 14 points, 17 rebounds and one block going into the fourth quarter.

Gobert knocked down the free throw to give the Jazz an 89-72 lead over the Blazers with 1:38 left in the third quarter. Utah outscored Portland 40-19 in the third quarter to take a 93-75 lead into the fourth quarter.
The Jazz began a five game homestand on Thursday against Portland. They will return to action on Saturday, April 10 to face the Sacramento Kings at 7 p.m. MT.
