Mike Conley Caps Big First Quarter For Jazz With Deep Three-Pointer

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz guard Mike Conley kept his team in the game against the Dallas Mavericks with a big first quarter on the road.
Mike Conley ended the first quarter on a high note with a deep three-pointer with 17 seconds left in the opening period. Conley finished the first quarter with 13 of Utah’s 25 points as the Jazz trailed the Mavericks 27-25 entering the second quarter.
The three-pointer Conley made towards the end of the first quarter was from 28 feet.

Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert and Bojan Bogdanovic each added four points apiece. For Dallas, Luka Doncic and Dorian Finney-Smith combined for 17 points in the first quarter.

The Jazz are going for their 10th straight win before making a quick trip to Phoenix to face the Suns on Wednesday. Then they will play five straight games at home inside Vivint Arena.
