SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert made an impressive block that led to a three-pointer by Joe Ingles in the second quarter against the Cavs.

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland tried to get a layup to go but Rudy Gobert didn’t give him a chance with a viscous block. Mike Conley collected the rebound and gave a little hand off pass to Joe Ingles for a three-pointer.

That sequence put the Jazz up 38-20 with 8:39 left in the second quarter.

After the play, the Cavaliers called a timeout. The AT&T SportsNet camera went to Donovan Mitchell, who was on the bench and he was shaking his head at the impressive play by Gobert.

The two-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year had nine points, six rebounds and two blocks in the first half. Joe Ingles scored seven points off the bench, knocking down two three-pointers.

The Jazz are going for their sixth straight win and build on their record, which is currently the best in the NBA. With a win over the Cavaliers, the Jazz will tie the franchise record for the longest home winning streak at 20.

Monday’s game wraps up a four-game homestand. They will hit the road for a quick trip to Memphis on Wednesday, March 31 at 6 p.m. MT on AT&T SportsNet.
