SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah athletics and the Pac-12 announced that they will be able to permit a limited number of spectators to attend outdoor sporting events.

For the past two months, Utah athletics has allowed friends and family members of student-athletes and coaches to attend sporting events. Now the public will be allowed to attend events that take place outdoors. Tickets are now on sale for Utah baseball, soccer and softball games. To attend men’s and women’s tennis, track & field and beach volleyball, tickets are not required for admission. Capacity will still be limited and will be determined by the ability to physically distance at those events.

This does not include the annual red-white spring football game on April 17 at Rice-Eccles Stadium. Decisions regarding fan attendance for the spring game is still being evalutated with more information coming soon.

The baseball team plays their home games at Smith’s Ballpark, home of the Salt Lake Bees. They have 22 home games remaining on their schedule. Utah’s women’s soccer team plays at Ute Field on campus and have four more matches at home. The softball team plays at Dumke Family Softball Stadium and have 21 more home games on their schedule.
