That gave Gobert 10 points in the game along with three rebounds on a perfect 5-for-5 from the field. His first two points of the game came in the first quarter when Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James threw a hard bounce pass to the rim where Gobert caught it and threw it down.
Midway through the third quarter, Gobert’s Jazz teammates Donovan Mitchell and Mike Conley played 18 minutes combined. Mitchell had seven points, two rebounds and three assists. Conley was scoreless on three attempts all from beyond the arc.
