SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Football has named Adam Fry as the new Director of Football Operations following Jeff Rudy’s promotion to Associate Athletics Director.

Fry has been with the program since 2013 and has taken on a number of different responsibilities during his time with Utah. He started as an administrative assistant before taking on an executive role in 2014. However, the past three seasons have seen Fry working as a Graduate Assistant on the defense, specifically, working with the safeties.

Fry takes over from Rudy, who spent the previous 15 seasons as the Director of Football Operations.

Under his new title, Fry will be responsible for helping coordinate the program through its annual schedule. One of the biggest jobs that any Director of Football Operator faces is scheduling the travel during the season. Organizing charter flights, bus schedules, and hotel amenities.

Fry coached the wide receivers at Placer High School in California from 2011-12 before coming to Utah.
