Tony Finau Tied For 11th Entering Final Round Of WGC-Workday Championship

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – After a big second round, Tony Finau dropped down the leaderboard after the third round of the WGC-Workday Championship.
Tony Finau is currently -9 for the WGC-Workday Championship at The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida and tied for 11th. The Rose Park, Utah native had a tremendous second round on Friday, shooting five-under and was tied for fifth place going into the third round.
On Saturday, Finau shot an even-par 72 and dropped six spots on the leaderboard.

Finau started the third round from the first hole and picked up a birdie. He went on to notch par on No. 2 and 3 before getting back-to-back bogeys. It was a strong finish on the front nine, getting par on No. 6, birdie on No. 7 and rounded out the front with back-to-back pars. He went even on the front nine.
Another strong start on the back nine with a birdie on No. 10 and then scoring a par on the next two holes. Finau struggled on the 13th hole with a double bogey before getting par on the next three holes. He finished the back nine and the round with a birdie on No. 17 and par on No. 18, while going even par on the back nine.
For the round, Finau had 4 birdies, 11 pars, two bogeys and a double bogey.
