Utah Jazz Guard Jordan Clarkson Roasts Dallas Mavericks For 22 Points In First Half

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson cooked the Mavericks’ defense for 22 points during the first half of Utah’s game against Dallas.
The Jazz hosted the Mavericks at Vivint Arena on Wednesday, January 27.
During the first 24 minutes of game time, Clarkson torched the net for 22 points on 8-14 field goals.
15 of Clarkson’s points came during the second quarter.
Jordan Clarkson is playing elite basketball right now.
Obviously he's redlining on offense and putting a ton of pressure on the Mavericks defense, but his active hands on the defensive end have been great, too.
He's got 20 points with 6:42 left in the second quarter.

Rudy Gobert Impression
Not only was Clarkson effective on the offensive side of the game but he recorded an impressive block that had to have made Rudy Gobert proud.
With 8:32 left in the second quarter, Clarkson swatted an attempt by Dallas’ Jalen Brunson.

In addition to his block, Clarkson added four rebounds and a steal to his first half box score.
He posted a plus-eight rating during his 18 minutes on the hardwood.
At the end of the first half, the Jazz held a 69-48 lead.
