SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady shared a touching moment with his son after clinching his 10th trip to the Super Bowl.
After the win over the Packers, Tom Brady wanted to share a touching moment with his son, who attended the game in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Brady and the Buccaneers beat Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers, 31-26 in the NFC Championship game on Sunday.
Tom Brady asked, “Can I say hi to my son?” After his son went to the front row of Lambeau Field, the two hugged. Here is the following exchange:
Tom Brady: Love you, kiddo.
Son: I love you.
Tom: How about that?
Son: Great job!
Tom: We’re going to the Super Bowl, baby! What do you think? I love you, man. I’ll call you a little bit later.
Son: Alright. Love you.
Tom: Love you, kiddo.

Now, Brady will lead the Buccaneers to their first Super Bowl since 2002 when they beat the Oakland Raiders for the top NFL prize. They are the first team in NFL history to play the Super Bowl in their home stadium. Brady completed 20 of his 36 pass attempts for 280 yards, 3 touchdowns and 3 interceptions in the NFC title game. He will the oldest starting quarterback to start in a Super Bowl.
Brady will go for his seventh Super Bowl ring when they battle Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. Kickoff on Sunday, February 7 will be at 4:30 p.m. MST and will be broadcast on CBS.
