Former Weber State Star Damian Lillard Shares Birth Of Twins With Social Media Post

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former Weber State Wildcats and current Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard shared the birth of his twins with a social media post.
Lillard posted the exciting news on Friday, January 22.
“Just call me Daddy Dame from now on,” Lillard wrote. “Kali Emma Lee Lillard (Callie) and Kalii Laheem Lillard (kuh-lee) … Couldnāt leave jr out… 1-21-21.”

Lillard first became a parent in 2018, when his son Damian Jr. was born.
Lillard’s Basketball Career
Lillard went on to play for the Weber State Wildcats from 2008-2012. During his time in Ogden, he scored 1,934 points.
After his senior season, he was selected by the Portland Trail Blazers with the 6th overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.

In 2017, Weber State honored Lillard by retiring his jersey.

Lillard won the NBA’s Rookie of the Year award after his first season in the league.
He has been named an NBA All-Star five times during his career.
Lillard is currently one of the most lethal scoring threats in the league.
This season, the former Weber State star is averaging 28.1 points per game, which ranks No. 4 among NBA players.
