SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert threw down a monster dunk over Denver Nuggets forward Will Barton in the third quarter on Sunday evening.
Rudy Gobert not only dunked on Will Barton but he also got fouled and converted the three-point play to put the Jazz up by one point with 7:51 remaining in the third quarter.
After Nikola Jokic made a 16-foot jump shot and Barton made a two-point bucket, Gobert had another dunk. The Jazz trailed the Nuggets 65-64 with 6:43 remaining in the third.

In Utah’s win over the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night at home, Gobert had 15 points, 13 rebounds and 4 blocks. Before that performance, he hadn’t scored in double figures in three straight games.
The Jazz are on a quick one-game road trip before going back to Salt Lake City to play six straight and seven of their next 8 games at Vivint Smart Home Arena. This is the first time that Denver and Utah are playing since their classic seven-game playoff series last season in the bubble in Orlando, Florida.
