Utah Jazz Guard Mike Conley Begins Red Hot Against Atlanta Hawks

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz guard Mike Conley started the game red hot against the visiting Atlanta Hawks.
The Jazz hosted the Hawks at Vivint Arena on Friday, January 15.
During the first 2:35 of game time, Conley scored eight of Utah’s first 10 points and helped the Jazz to an early 10-2 lead.

After the Jazzman’s burst, Hawks head coach Lloyd Pierce was forced to take a quick timeout.

Conley shot 3-3 on field goals, including 2-2 from behind the three-point line.

Jazz forward Bojan Bogdanovic scored the team’s other two points.
Utah began the contest shooting 66.7 percent from the field and 66.7 percent on triples.

This season, Conley is averaging 17.3 points per game on 45.2 percent shooting.
He is also shooting a career-high 43.0 percent from downtown.
