NFL Locals Honored As AP All-Pro Players For 2020 Season

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Multiple local players in the NFL received AP All-Pro honors for their performance during the 2020 regular season.
The AP All-Pro teams were announced on Friday, January 8.
Local players Bobby Wagner of the Seattle Seahawks and Fred Warner of the San Francisco 49ers were selected as First Team All-Pro players.
Denver Broncos offensive lineman Garett Bolles was honored as a member of the All-Pro second team.

Bobby Wagner – Linebacker – Seattle Seahawks
2020 is Wagner’s sixth All-Pro selection.
This season, Wagner has recorded 138 total tackles, 81 solo tackles, 3.0 sacks, one fumble recovery, and eight pass breakups.
The former Utah State star led the Seahawks to a 12-4 record in the regular season and the No. 3 seed in the NFC this postseason.

Fred Warner – Linebacker – San Francisco 49ers
Warner, a third-year player, earned All-Pro honors for the first time in his NFL career.
This season, he had 125 total tackles, 79 solo tackles, 1.0 sacks, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, two interceptions, and six pass breakups.
The former BYU great and the Niners finished the regular season with a 6-10 record.

Garett Bolles – Offensive Lineman – Denver Broncos
Bolles finished behind Green Bay’s David Bakhtiari for All-Pro honors at his position following a breakout year.
The former Utah standout and the Broncos ended the season with a 5-11 record.
