Utah Jazz Forward Jarrell Brantley Announces Birth Of Daughter

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz forward Jarrell Brantley and his partner Alisha Sweatt announced the birth of their daughter.
The couple shared photos of their newborn daughter on social media on Saturday, January 2.
“God is amazing,” Brantley posted.
“She heard daddy was going on a road trip so she had to come early,” Sweatt shared on Instagram.

Jarrell Brantley on the Utah Jazz
Brantley was originally selected by the Indiana Pacers during the second round of the 2019 NBA Draft. His draft rights were traded to the Jazz on draft night.
Last season, the forward played nine games as a rookie for the Jazz. He averaged 2.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 10.7 minutes per contest.

Brantley spent the majority of his first season with the Salt Lake City Stars.
During the 2019-20 season, Brantley led the Stars in scoring. He averaged 18.8 points and shot 51.2 percent from the field. Brantley started 33 games and led the Stars to a 24-9 record in the games he played. The Stars finished the season with the best record in the Western Conference.
Brantley was named to the All-NBA G League First Team and All-Rookie Team.
