Weber State’s Two-Game Basketball Series With Idaho State Canceled Due To COVID-19

OGDEN, Utah – The Weber State men’s basketball program announced that their two game series with Idaho State has been canceled.
The Big Sky called the game off due to COVID-19 related issues within the Bengals’ program. Weber State and Idaho State were scheduled to play each other on Thursday, December 31 in Pocatello and Saturday, January 2 in Ogden.
During this time, any Big Sky Conference game that is canceled will not be rescheduled.

This is the third and fourth games this season that has been canceled for Weber State. First one was against Dixie State on Saturday, November 28. Second was Utah State on Saturday, December 12. The Idaho State two-game series is the latest.
The Wildcats are 3-3 overall this season and 1-1 in Big Sky play. They have wins over Adams State, Westminster and Portland State. Their losses came against Boise State, Portland State and BYU.
Weber State will be off until Thursday, January 7 when they host Eastern Washington. They will face the Eagles again in Ogden on Saturday, January 9.
