Jazz Knock Down 12 Three-Pointers in First Half Of Preseason Opener

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz torched the nets from downtown in the first half of their preseason opener against the Phoenix Suns at Vivint Arena.
In the first 24 minutes of the game, Utah knocked down 12 three pointers in 31 attempts for 38 percent. Six players made at least one three-pointer. Nine players played in the first half and seven players attempted a triple.
The Jazz had a 62-51 halftime lead over the Suns. Phoenix made just four three-pointers in the first half.

Jordan Clarkson led the Jazz with five three-pointers made in nine attempts. Bojan Bogdanovic returned to the lineup after missing the NBA bubble last season due to wrist surgery. Bogey made two triples as did Juwan Morgan. Miye Oni and Donovan Mitchell each buried a three in the first half. Joe Ingles went 0-for-2.
Three Jazz players scored in double figures led by Jordan Clarkson with 15 points, Mitchell added 12 and Bogdanovic with 11.
