SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah head coach Kyle Whittingham fired back at his former boss on Twitter after Urban Meyer made comments about Whitt’s hair.
Utah’s game against Colorado on Saturday morning was the featured game on FOX and a part of their “Big Noon Kickoff” game. After the Utes picked up a 38-21 win over the Buffaloes, the FOX crew which includes Urban Meyer, former USC greats Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush and former Notre Dame QB Brady Quinn, broke down the game.
Before they moved on to the next game to break down, Meyer had one last comment regarding Utah.
“One last note on Utah, Kyle Whittingham needs to get a haircut,” Meyer said.
Whittingham must’ve caught win of Meyer’s comments because in the Utah head coach’s tweet after the game, he fired back at Meyer.
“Awesome team win today!!” Whittingham tweeted. “Oh, and by the way Coach Urban Meyer, my locks look great. Go Utes!”
