Weber State Men’s Basketball Game Versus Utah State Canceled Due To COVID-19

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Weber State Men’s basketball game against Utah State has been canceled due to COVID-19 issues, according to a spokesperson from Weber State.
According to the statement from Weber State, there are positive COVID-19 tests within the Utah State program. The Aggies confirmed this information in a separate statement.
The two teams are looking at options to reschedule the game for later in the season.

Weber’s next game is at Portland State on Friday, December 18, though the release state the Wildcats could potentially add more games.
In addition to the game cancelation, the Aggies are “pausing full team activities”.
According to a release from Utah State, the Aggies’ scheduled game against Dixie State on December 15 could be impacted.
