Browns Activate Former BYU LB Sione Takitaki Off Reserve/COVID-19 List

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Cleveland Browns activated former BYU linebacker Sione Takitaki off of the organization’s Reserve/COVID-19 List prior to Week 13 of the 2020 NFL season.
Cleveland first added Takitaki to the list on Wednesday, November 25.
The former BYU linebacker missed Week 12.

Takitaki is expected to play in Week 13.

Takitaki is currently in his second NFL season (both with the Browns).
In 10 games this season, the former Cougar standout has 45 total tackles, 29 solo tackles, one interception, one pass breakup, and one touchdown.
Takitaki owns career stats of 66 total tackles, 43 solo tackles, one interception, one pass breakup, and one touchdown.
Prior to his time in the NFL, Takitaki played at BYU from 2014-18.
Takitaki and the Browns are scheduled to play the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, December 6 at 11 a.m. (MDT). The game will broadcast on CBS.
