SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Tony Finau is just one shot off the lead at the Mayaboka Golf Classic despite having serious problems finding fairways and greens off the tee box.
Finau hit just 50 percent of the fairways in regulation and found the green on just 61 percent of the time. His ball-striking mishaps were made up in his putting as he averaged just 1.5 putts per hole.
Despite not playing well, Finau remarkably finished with a final-round score of four-under-par, 67.
His round included six birdies and two bogeys.
