Saints QB Taysom Hill Runs For Two First Half Touchdowns Against Broncos

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU and current New Orleans Saints quarterback Taysom Hill ran for his third and fourth rushing touchdowns in the last two weeks during a game against the Denver Broncos.
The Broncos hosted the Saints on Sunday, November 29.
With 10:19 remaining in the first half, Hill converted a 3rd & Goal from the Denver one-yard as he ran for the Saints’ first score of the game.
The play capped a 13-play, 74-yard drive that ran 8:01 off the game clock.
With 1:03 left in the second quarter, Hill ran in his second touchdown of the contest from two yards out.
Hill’s second score ended a five-play, 13-yard drive that took 1:19 off the clock.
During Hill’s first start at quarterback a week earlier, the former BYU signal-caller ran for a pair of touchdown in the Saints’ 24-9 win over the Atlanta Falcons.
At halftime, the Saints owned a 17-0 lead over the Broncos.
During the first 30 minutes of action, Hill was 6/11 passing for 38 yards. On the ground, he had five carries for 15 yards and two touchdowns.
