Utah QB Jake Bentley Hits Bryan Thompson With Perfect Fade For Touchdown Against UW

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah quarterback Jake Bentley connected with wide receiver Bryan Thompson on a flawless fade throw for a touchdown against the Washington Huskies.
The Huskies hosted the Utes on Saturday, November 28.
With 42 seconds left in the first half, Bentley hit Thompson on a fade route to the back corner of the end zone. Thompson caught the pass and got his feet down before running out of bounds for a 13-yard score.

After the toss, Bentley was 9/11 for 87 passing yards and one touchdown.
He also added six carries for 39 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
Thompson had three catches for 65 yards and a touchdown.
The touchdown gave the Utes a 21-0 halftime lead over the Huskies.

In the first 30 minutes of action, Utah had 221 total yards compared to Washington’s 127 yards.
The Utes played nearly perfect football following a lost fumble on their first possession. The Huskies had two turnovers in the half.
