SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The University of Utah men’s basketball team announced their pre-Christmas schedule for the 2020-21 season.

The Utes will play six games between now and Christmas Day. They will begin the season with Pac-12 play on Thursday, Dec. 3 at home against Washington. That will begin their 20-game conference schedule.

Two of their six games before the holidays will feature Pac-12 foes. Utah was originally scheduled to start the season on Friday, Nov. 27 against New Orleans. That game has been called off after the Runnin’ Utes consulted with their medical staff. The decision not to play was made to keep the health and safety of the student-athletes, coaches and support staff at the forefront for both teams.
