Taysom Hill Converts 4th & Goal, Powers For First TD As Saints Starting QB

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU signal-caller Taysom Hill powered into the end zone on a goal-line run on 4th & Goal for his first touchdown as the starting quarterback for the New Orleans Saints.
The Saints hosted the Falcons on Sunday, November 22.
With 9:13 remaining in the third quarter and the Saints going for it on 4th & Goal at the Atlanta two-yard line, Hill powered into the end zone behind his offensive line and blockers for the first touchdown of his first NFL start at quarterback.
It was Hill’s first score of the game and the Saints’ second touchdown.

The former BYU quarterback’s run extended New Orleans’ lead to 17-9.
It capped a drive that went 10 plays for 80 yards over 5:49.
After the touchdown run, Hill was 13/18 passing for 181 yards.

He had four carries for 11 yards and a touchdown.
