Miami Dolphins Place Linebacker Kyle Van Noy On Reserve/COVID-19 List

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Miami Dolphins placed former BYU linebacker Kyle Van Noy on the organization’s Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Van Noy was added to the list on Thursday, November 12.
The former BYU star was one of three Miami players added to the team’s list.
“We have activated WR Lynn Bowden Jr. off the reserve/COVID-19 list and placed WR Matt Cole, LB Kyle Van Noy and DT Christian Wilkins on the list,” the Dolphins posted on the team’s Twitter account.

Per NFL-NFLPA policy, teams are not permitted to comment on a player’s medical status other than referring to roster status.
Players that are placed on a Reserve/COVID-19 list have either tested positive for the coronavirus disease or have been in close contact with an infected person.

In his first season with Miami, Van Noy has helped the Dolphins to a 5-3 record to begin the 2020 NFL season.
The former Cougar great has 33 total tackles, 24 solo tackles, two sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and four pass breakups in seven games played.

Miami’s next game is against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, November 15 at 2:05 p.m. (MDT). The game will broadcast on CBS.
