BYU QB Zach Wilson, TE Isaac Rex Connect For Second Touchdown Against Boise State

BOISE, Idaho – BYU quarterback Zach Wilson hit tight end Isaac Rex for a second touchdown between the two players against the Boise State Broncos.
The No. 21 Broncos hosted the No. 9 Cougars at Albertson’s Stadium in Boise, Idaho on Friday, November 6.
With 6:57 remaining in the third quarter, Wilson found Rex for a 20-yard strike that extended the Cougars’ lead over the Broncos to 31-3.
After the score, Wilson had thrown 18/23 for 274 yards and two touchdowns. He also added a touchdown on the ground.

It was Wilson’s 29th overall touchdown of the 2020 season.
For Rex, the touchdown reception was his fifth catch of the contest and gave him 45 yards and two touchdowns against the Broncos.
The score was Rex’s sixth touchdown of the year.
