SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Halloween in 2020 was different but it didn’t stop people from dressing up and celebrating.
For the local college and professional current and former athletes, many took to social media to show off their creative costumes.
Former Utah and current Washington QB Alex Smith dressed up as Shaggy from Scooby Doo and his family dressed up as Fred, Velma, Daphne and Scooby. You might remember the epic costume that Smith and his family had last year with “Shark Attack.”
Smith’s quarterback coach at Utah and current Florida head coach Dan Mullen showed up to his postgame press conference on Saturday wearing a Darth Vader costume.
Former BYU forward Yoeli Childs and his wife dressed up as members of the Bachelor.
Former BYU star Jimmer Fredette’s family also dressed up as members of the Scooby Doo show.
Former Utah forward and current NBA Champion Kyle Kuzma of the Los Angeles Lakers went as Frankenstein or “FrankenKuz.”
Utah defensive end Devin Kaufusi decided to scare Britain Covey.
