Broncos’ Wide Receiver Tim Patrick Sparks Offense With Touchdown Against Bucs

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former Utah and Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick sparked the Denver’s offense against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a touchdown.
The Broncos hosted the Bucs on Sunday, September 27.
Late in the first half with Tampa Bay holding a 23-3 lead, Broncos quarterback Jeff Driskel found Patrick for a seven-yard reception.
After an extra point, Patrick’s grab helped cut Denver’s deficit to 23-10 with 14 seconds left in the second quarter.

The catch was Patrick’s first touchdown of the 2020 NFL season.
At halftime, the former Utah receiver was responsible for two receptions for 34 yards and a touchdown.
Denver vs. Tampa Bay is broadcast on FOX.

Patrick entered the week three contest with six catches for 53 yards. Denver entered the matchup against Tampa Bay with a 0-2 record.
The receiver is in his fourth NFL season. Patrick went undrafted out of Utah following the 2017 NFL Draft and has been a member of the Broncos since his rookie campaign.
