SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The NFL season is two weeks in and there are some surprise teams that are either 0-2 and 2-0. The ones that are winless are extreme long shots to even make the playoffs, even with the addition of an extra spot per conference.
Week 3 is here and it really is make or break for teams that are 0-2 but what about the teams that are undefeated? Which of those teams should be taken seriously?

There are currently 11 teams without a blemish and a few that seem legitimate; the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, and Seattle Seahawks to name a few. The Chiefs did have a scare over the weekend by needing overtime to beat the Los Angeles Chargers helmed by rookie quarterback Justin Herbert. Perhaps the Chiefs are looking a little vulnerable and not the heavy favorite this year.
On the other end of the 2-0 spectrum, the Chicago Bears, Buffalo Bills, and the Los Angeles Rams need to keep winning to convince more people that they are elite teams.
However, the one team that seems to be at the top of the pyramid is the Seahawks through two weeks.
Mr. Unlimited Is Leading The NFL’s Best Team
Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is off to an amazing start to the 2020 season and his Seahawks really might be the best team to in the league right now, and it is all due to quarterback play. Wilson made a point this offseason that he has never even received a single vote for MVP.
“Come on? No votes at all? What more do I have to do around here, huh? I’m just saying, can we get a few votes here or there? Why not?”
Wilson has won a Super Bowl and was inches away from winning a second, a seven-time Pro Bowler and second-team all-pro in 2019. At his current pace in 2020, a single MVP vote should be a given – barring a catastrophic fall off or injury – and right now he is the favorite to take home the award.

This offseason an old video resurfaced with his Mr. Unlimited moniker and that exactly describes his play so far this year through two games.
KSL Sports’ Alex Kirry is fully on board with the Seahawks being the best team in the NFL after they took care of business over the New England Patriots, 35-30.
“I want to start first with my Seattle Seahawks, who are absolutely the real deal. When you come to 2-0 teams, they let the [New England] Patriots in that game so America could enjoy a game that went all the way down to the wire,” Kirry said. “The Patriots had no business in that game. They got a free seven points at the beginning of the game, thanks to Greg Olsen tipping the ball to a patriot and then being taken out of the game. I love that Pete Carroll was like, ‘don’t care that you’re a veteran, you’re gone, dude.’ The Seahawks are the real deal.”

The Ravens and Chiefs may have the pedigree-based off of last season and being 2-0 so far this year but the Seahawks are looking like a special team that should be considered at worst equal possibly even above those teams and all it took was for head coach Pete Carroll to “Let Russ Cook.”
