Former BYU Great Eric Mika Signs With Partizan BC In Serbia

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU basketball great Eric Mika has signed a new contract with KK Partizan located in Belgrade, Serbia.
Partizan was the top team in the EuroCup during the shortened 2019-20 season. This past season, Mika had a brief stint in the NBA with the Sacramento Kings where he played in one game.
Mika primarily spent the 2019-20 season in the G League with the Kings affiliate, Stockton Kings. In the G-League, Mika posted averages of 18.7 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game.

The fourth-year pro has prior experience with the EuroCup when he played for Basket Brescia Leonessa in Italy during the 2018-19 season.
Partizan will be the sixth franchise Mika has played for during his well-traveled pro career. During his two-year career at BYU, Mika posted averages of 16.1 points and 7.8 rebounds per game. Including a sophomore season in 2016-17 that saw the former Lone Peak High big man average nearly a double-double with 20.3 points and 9.2 rebounds.
Partizan begins its 2020-21 EuroCup on September 30th when they take on Divina Seguros Joventut in Spain.
