Donovan Mitchell Dishes Spinning Assist To Georges Niang For Wide-Open Three-Pointer

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell spun in the air and delivered an assist to a wide-open Georges Niang for a shot from behind the arc.
The Jazz faced the Nuggets in the second game of the first-round series on Wednesday, August 19.
Mitchell drove down the line and into the paint before jumping into the air and spinning around to find Niang in the corner.

Niang rose up and buried the triple to give Utah an 81-62 lead with 6:13 left in the third quarter.
Mitchell’s continued to produce for himself and his teammates throughout the rest of the quarter. His 21 third quarter points helped Utah to a 104-79 lead as the two teams went to the bench in preparation for the fourth quarter.

The Jazz guard ended the quarter with 27 points on 9-13 shooting.
Niang added seven points in 19 minutes off the bench.
