Seahawks Wide Receiver John Ursua Makes Impressive One-Handed Catch In Training Camp

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Seattle Seahawks wide receiver John Ursua completed an impressive one-handed catch during a recent training camp practice.
Ursua and the Seahawks are currently preparing for the upcoming 2020 NFL season at the team’s practice facility in Renton, Washington.
During a drill at practice, the Westlake and Cedar High School product leaped into the air and snagged a catch with only his right hand.

Ursua was recently activated onto Seattle’s activate roster after being placed on the team’s COVID-19 reserve list on August 9. The Seahawks activated him onto the team’s 80-man roster after the results of Ursua’s coronavirus test were a false-positive.

Following his high school days in the state of Utah, the native Hawaiian played college football at the University of Hawaii.
After his time with the Rainbow Warriors, Ursua was selected by the Seahawks during the seventh round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
During his rookie campaign, the receiver saw action in three games and recorded one reception for 11 yards.
Seattle posted an 11-5 record during the 2019 regular season before falling to the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Divisional round game in the postseason.
