SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former Utah Utes guard Justin Bibbins is returning to Poland where his professional career began.

According to Sportando, Bibbins has agreed to a deal with Legia Warsaw of the Polish EBL. Bibbins spent last season in Serbia and Hungary with Mladost Zemun and Zalakeramia.

During his rookie campaign, Bibbins played in Poland with Polpharma Starogard where he averaged 17.7 points and 5.9 assists per game.

He spent three seasons of his college career with Long Beach State where he averaged 13.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game as a junior during the 2016-17 season.

Bibbins left Long Beach State as a graduate transfer to join the Runnin’ Utes. He posted 14.8 points, 2.9 rebounds and 4.6 assists in 35 games played as the starting point guard during the 2017-18 campaign. Bibbins was named first team All-Pac-12 in 2018.

In Bibbins’ senior year, the Utes went 23-12 overall and 11-7 in Pac-12 play. They were eliminated in the second round of the Pac-12 Tournament by the Oregon Ducks. Utah received an invitation to play in the NIT where they reach the championship game before losing to Penn State at Madison Square Garden. They knocked off UC Davis, LSU, St. Mary’s and Western Kentucky to reach the championship game.
