Jazz Release New Classic Rebroadcast Game Schedule

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz will continue to rebroadcast classic games from the team’s history. In the latest installments, the games will be broken up into four sets of themes. The 1998 Chicago Bulls, Donovan Domination, the 1997 NBA Finals, and Rudy’s Block Party.
AT&T SportsNet will start the series Monday night, beginning with the matchups against the 1998 Chicago Bulls. The Jazz have been rebroadcasting classic games since the league was sidelined in mid-March.
The 1998 Bulls
May 18, 7 p.m., Utah at Chicago, 1/25/98, Double-double for Karl Malone (35/11)
May 20, 7 p.m., Utah vs. Chicago, 2/4/98, Rally from 24-point deficit behind Stockton
May 22, 7 p.m., Utah vs. Chicago, 6/3/98, Jazz win Game 1 of NBA Finals in overtime
The Jazz swept the Bulls for the first three games of the 1997-98 season, giving fans hopes the team could capture its first title. However, the Bulls would close out the Jazz in six games during Michael Jordan’s final season with Chicago.
Donovan Domination
May 25, 7 p.m., Utah vs. Denver, 4/9/19, Mitchell ties a career-high 46 points
May 27, 7 p.m., Utah at Phoenix, 2/2/18, Mitchell hits 7 of 9 three-pointers
May 29, 7 p.m., Utah vs. Oklahoma City, 4/27/18, Mitchell scores 38 in Game 6 playoff win
The next series of games covers Donovan Mitchell’s brilliance during the first three years of his career. The broadcast series has already covered several of Mitchell’s high scoring games. The games will include the Jazz game six series-clinching victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

June 1, 7 p.m., Utah at Houston, 5/29/97, Stockton shots sends Jazz to NBA Finals
June 3, 7 p.m., Utah vs. Chicago, 6/6/97, Malone scores 37 points in Game 3 win
June 5, 7 p.m., Utah vs. Chicago, 6/8/97, Stockton to Malone pass in Game 4
The 1997 series of broadcasts includes some of the best moments in team history. The three-game series begins with John Stockton’s buzzer-beating three-pointer to send the Jazz to the NBA Finals. It concludes with Stockton’s full-court pass to Karl Malone which lead to a Game Four Finals Victory.

June 8, 7 p.m., Utah vs. Dallas, 10/30/17, Gobert goes for 17p, 12r, 6b, 6a
June 10, 7 p.m., Utah at New Orleans, 10/27/18, Gobert tallies 25p, 14r, 4b
June 12, 7 p.m., Utah vs. Portland, 12/25/18, Gobert totals 18p, 14r, 7b on Christmas Day
The final set of games stretching through June covers Rudy Gobert’s excellence with the Jazz. The three-game series concludes with Gobert’s Christmas Day mastery against the Portland Trailblazers in 2018.
