SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – An NFL Insider said that former Utah State and current Green Bay quarterback Jordan Love “will win more Super Bowls” during his time with the Packers than Aaron Rodgers.
ESPN’s Dan Graziano made the prediction during an appearance on the sports networks’ early morning program, “Get Up,” on Tuesday, May 12.
“My prediction was Jordan Love will win more Super Bowls with the Packers than Aaron Rodgers will end up winning,” stated Graziano.

The Packers selected the former Utah State quarterback with the 26th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft in April. Green Bay wanted Love so much that they traded up four spots in order to secure the QB.
Over a 16-year NFL career, Rodgers has won the NFL’s MVP award twice and was named the MVP of Super Bowl XLV.
“Remember, Aaron Rodgers has one,” continued Graziano. “So unless he wins one of the next two or three, all Jordan Love has to do is win two to make this prediction come true.”

Love will enter the 2020 season as Rodgers’ backup. The only question remains is how long will the 16-year veteran stay as the top dog in Green Bay?
Rodgers has four years remaining on his contract and isn’t set to become an unrestricted free agent until 2024.
Assuming he reaches the first-round pick potential that the Packers saw in him, Graziano said selecting Love could turn out to be “a really smart pick.”
“It’s supposed to be bold right. I didn’t want to be like ‘so and so will be the leading rookie running back,” Graziano said of his prediction. “Let’s be bold right? What if the Packers, who draft very well, who over the past couple of decades have done as much winning and as much making the playoffs as any team in the league, what if they were right about this guy? What if the Jordan Love pick actually turns out to have been a really smart pick. The way, once upon a time, the Aaron Rodgers pick was. So I thought it fit the bold prediction and I figured it would get people talking. I’m surprised I haven’t heard from more people on it. Maybe, maybe Packers fans agree with me?”
If Love ends up winning one Super Bowl, let alone two or more, Green Bay’s drafting of Love will most definitely turn out to be “a really smart pick.”
