SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Multiple NFL teams unveiled new uniforms this offseason and specifically two rivals from the NFC South division.
First, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers released a video of their new threads on Tuesday, April 7.
One day later, and a week sooner than originally scheduled due to leaks, the Atlanta Falcons showed off their new uni combos for the 2020 season.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers are ushering in a new era of football in Tampa and kicked things off with three new uniform combinations.
Tampa Bay unveiled white, red, and color rush jerseys during the April 7 release.
“We have heard the feedback from our fans loud and clear and have been working with the NFL and our league partners at Nike to usher in a new look as we enter this next decade of Buccaneers football,” said Buccaneers owner and co-chairman Ed Glazer in a statement. “We look forward to revealing more details in the near future about our official unveiling event which will take place later this spring.”

Atlanta Falcons
Divisional rival of the Bucs, the Falcons unveiled four uniform combos on Wednesday, April 8. It was the first time in 17 years that the franchise updated its uniforms. Atlanta was originally scheduled to reveal its new threads on April 14 but decided to move up the unveiling after the uniform designs leaked online.
“There’s just a feeling to it. I can’t explain it when you look in your locker and that color and head to toe in black is going to be good, too,” said Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan in a statement. “I don’t know what it is, but I know there’s a feeling that comes with it for the guys, too, when we see that in our lockers.”
Three of the new jerseys feature the letters “ATL” on the front to represent the city of Atlanta.
