SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Right now, national and local authorities are encouraging everyone to practice social distancing, to work from home and to self-quarantine if necessary.

The national conversation around coronavirus can be overwhelming so the KSL Sports team decided to have some fun.

We asked our followers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram which Utah athlete they would choose to be quarantined with. We got a wide variety of answers – some from our audience and some from our own team

Among the KSL Sports team, a common answer was former BYU running back Jamal Williams. Watch any interview with Williams and you will understand why.

Another fan favorite was Donovan Mitchell. Although, he is currently quarantined after testing positive for COVID-19. At KSL Sports, we assume these answers come in a perfect world where no one has the virus.

Our fans and staff showed some love for our soccer stars in the state. A few chose Nick Rimando and a few others chose Christen Press.

Do you remember Andrei Kirilenko? According to KSL Sports’ Ben Anderson he wanted to build a chocolate factory like Willy Wonka – so that was an obvious choice.

Another popular answer was the newest Jazzman, Jordan Clarkson. People must want to get to know the only Filipino NBA player.

“He really lives a life with dope vibes all the time,” teammate Georges Niang tweeted about Clarkson.

Don’t worry, former Utes were also shown love. Host of Crimson Corner, Trevor Allen, just wants to eat ice cream with Eric Weddle.

Steve Smith was also a popular answer.

Host of Unrivaled, Alex Kirry had the most interesting answer of all – BYU Atheltic Director Tom Holmoe. When you give this answer some thought it makes a lot of sense. Being quarantined with Holmoe would allow any BYU Athletics fans to get some serious insight into the programs.

Have a better answer? It’s not too late to share. Tweet your answer @kslsports.
