Backup Center Tony Bradley Swats Two Shots, Helps Jazz Go On Big Run Against Raptors

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Backup Jazz center Tony Bradley entered the game, recorded two blocks, and helped Utah go on a big run against the Toronto Raptors.
Bradley and the Jazz hosted the Raptors at Vivint Smart Home Arena on Monday, March 9.
The backup big man subbed into the game for Rudy Gobert with 2:38 left in the first quarter. 1:10 seconds later, Bradley swatted a 12-foot jumper by Raptors forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson. Less than two minutes into the second quarter, Bradley rejected a shot by Toronto’s OG Anunoby.
With Bradley on the court, the Jazz went on a 21-6 run over a 6:20 minutes stretch of game time.

When Bradley checked into the game, Utah trailed Toronto 22-15. By the time he checked out, the Jazz held a 41-37 advantage.

In nine minutes of play, Bradley scored 3 points on 1-2 field goals. He added 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. Bradley posted a team-high plus-minus rating up to that point in the game with a +13 rating.

The Raptors responded with a run of their own to take a 57-51 lead over the Jazz at halftime.
