Utah Jazz Eye Fifth Straight Win, Season Series Sweep Against Detroit Pistons

DETROIT, Mich. – The Utah Jazz seek a season series sweep and fifth consecutive victory in the team’s second game of the season against the Detroit Pistons.
The Jazz and Pistons play each other at Little Caesars Arena on Saturday, March 7.
Utah enters the matchup on a four-game winning streak and looks to beat the Pistons for the second time this season.

Jazz Win First Meeting
In the first meeting, the Jazz hosted the Pistons at Vivint Smart Home Arena on December 30, 2019, and won 104-81.
Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell scored a game-high 23 points in Utah’s 23 point win.
In his third game with Utah, Jordan Clarkson scored 20 points off the bench. It was the most points in a game by a player from Utah’s second unit up to that point of the season.

Since beating Detroit, the Jazz own a 19-10 record.
Previewing The Pistons
The Pistons enter the season series finale with a 20-43 record including 11-21 at home.
Detroit guard Derrick Rose leads the Pistons with 18.1 points on 49.0 percent shooting this season.
Rose along with Blake Griffin and Luke Kennard are all listed as OUT for the game against Utah.
