Cody John, Michal Kozak Carry Weber State To Victory Over Idaho

MOSCOW, Idaho – Weber State’s Cody John and Michal Kozak lifted the Wildcats to a Big Sky Conference road win over the Idaho Vandals.
The Wildcats played the Vandals at Cowan Spectrum in Idaho on Thursday, March 5.
Weber State’s John and Kozak combined for 41 points to lead the Wildcats to victory. John scored 21 points while Kozak poured in 20 points to carry Weber State’s offense.

John finished the game shooting 9-18 from the field. He added 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and a steal.

Kozak shot 8-15 on field goals. He added 9 rebounds and 2 blocks.

The Wildcats finished the game shooting 48.3 percent overall and 30.0 percent from three.
Idaho shot 43.5 percent from the field including 30.4 percent from downtown.
The Vandals were led by Trevon Allen’s 32 points.
With the win, Weber State improved to 12-18 on the season and 8-11 in Big Sky Conference games.
