NEW YORK, N.Y. – Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell connected on a nice floater during the opening quarter of Utah’s game against the New York Knicks.
The Jazz played against the Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, March 4.
Mitchell drove down the late and pushed up a shot towards the basket as he was bumped by Knicks guard RJ Barrett. The shot fell through the cylinder as an official blew the whistle to call a foul on Barrett.
The Jazzmen stepped up to the free-throw line and completed the three-point play with a made foul shot. Mitchell’s floating and-one play gave Utah an early 12-4 lead with 9:15 left in the first quarter.
