Andy Reid, Cody Barton Featured In NFL Bad Lip Reading Video

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and Seattle Seahawks linebacker Cody Barton were featured in a new parody video by the popular YouTube channel, Bad Lip Reading.
Bad Lip Reading is a popular YouTube channel known for dubbing over videos from live TV, movies, and sporting events including NFL games. Clips of both Reid and Barton were used in BLP’s NFL 2020 season-ending video.
The former BYU football coach and former Utah defensive standout recently participated in the NFL playoffs with their respective teams. Reid’s Chiefs won Super Bowl LIV after defeating the San Francisco 49ers 31-20 on February 2.
Andy Reid
Reid played college football at BYU from 1978-80 and returned to Provo as a graduate assistant on BYU head coach LaVell Edwards’ staff.
After a few years of coaching college football, Reid accepted a position with the Green Bay Packers in 1992. He received his first NFL head coach position with the Philadelphia Eagles in 1999. Reid led the Eagles to an appearance in Super Bowl XXXIX where they fell to the New England Patriots 24-21.
After the 2012 season, Reid’s contract with the Eagles wasn’t renewed.
In January 2013, he accepted the head coach position with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Reid led the Chiefs to a 31-20 over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV on February 6, 2020.

Cody Barton
Barton played linebacker for the University of Utah football team from 2015-2018.
During his college career, Barton played in 50 games. He recorded 234 total tackles, 131 solo tackles, 23.5 tackles for loss, 9.0 sacks, 1 interception, 11 pass breakups, 1 forced fumble, and 3 fumble recoveries.
The former Ute was selected by the Seattle Seahawks with the 88th overall pick in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
Barton played in 16 regular-season games including two starts for the Seahawks during his rookie campaign. He also appeared in two postseason games for Seattle.

Barton and Seattle’s season ended with a 28-23 loss to the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Divisional round.
The linebacker finished the 2019 season with 30 total tackles, 12 solo tackles, 1.0 sack, 3 pass breakups, and a fumble recovery.
