The show featured American pop-star/actress Jennifer Lopez and Colombian singer Shakira.
The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Fransisco 49ers, but before the game was even over, Twitter was already on fire about the halftime show.

The show featured lots of singing and dancing and a healthy dose of sparkles. “Hips Don’t Lie,” “Jenny From The Block”, and “She Wolf” are only a few of the hits the women performed.
J-Lo’s daughter, Emme, joined her mom on stage to help sing a slowed down version of the hit song “Let’s Get Loud.”
The best part of this halftime show is J.Lo singing with her daughter Emme and Shakira ❤️ #SuperBowl pic.twitter.com/epe0c2PJvW

Utah Reactions
Utah’s Lt. Governor Spencer Cox attempted to strategically pause and fast forward through the halftime show because he had a “room full of kids”, but his timing was a little off.
Room full of kids so we paused the halftime show to strategically fast forward and I didn’t wait long enough and we’re suddenly watching pole dancing and Abby is giving me the stink eye like I’m the choreographer.

Utah Jazz All-Star Donovan Mitchell ranks Lopez and Shakira’s performances high in Super Bowl halftime show history.
This performance is top 5🔥🔥

Former Utah and NFL offensive lineman Isaac Asiata was in it for the memes about the halftime show, not the show itself.

Some Twitter users went to work immediately creating and posting memes. Users noticed Shakira’s outfit looked almost identical to her character’s outfit in Zootopia, a Disney movie.

On the other side, some people didn’t think the show was appropriate for children. One user suggested the NFL give a warning for parents.
"The NFL has an obligation to warn people with children that what they're about to see may be upsetting to some viewers," @usatodayopinion contributor Gil Smart writes. #halftimeshow #superbowlhttps://t.co/ToDUzY6MQD

The halftime show was also a point of pride for the Latin community – both women have Latin heritage.
