Utah State Football Announces Series With UConn, Schedule Two Other Home Games

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State University announced that they have scheduled a home-and-home series with the University of Connecticut in 2022 and 2023.
Utah State will host the first leg of the series in 2022 in Logan on August 27. Then they will head to Hartford on September 30, 2023. The Aggies are 0-1 all-time against the Huskies with the only meeting taking place in Connecticut on November 10, 2001 with a 38-31 win.
Also, Utah State has finalized two more home games in 2022 and 2023. They will host the Weber State Wildcats on September 10, 2022 and Idaho State on September 9, 2023. The Aggies are 14-1 all-time against the Wildcats and 18-2 against the Bengals. Utah State and Weber State last played against each other in 2016 and last faced Idaho State in 2017.

These three games scheduled have now completed the non-conference scheduling for the Aggies in 2022 and 2023.
In 2022, Utah State will host UConn and Weber State before traveling to Alabama and BYU. In 2023, they will host Idaho State and BYU before facing Iowa and Connecticut on the road.
