BYU’s TJ Haws Dishes No-Look Pass To Dalton Nixon Against Saint Mary’s

MORAGA, Calif. – BYU guard TJ Haws dumped off a no-look pass to Dalton Nixon who laid the ball in the basket against the Saint Mary’s Gaels.
Haws, Nixon, and the Cougars played the Gaels at McKeon Pavilion on Thursday, January 9.
The BYU guard dished a no-look pass off to Nixon with one arm behind his head. Nixon caught the ball in stride towards the hoop, rose up, and was fouled while making the bucket.

Nixon went to the free throw line and complete the and-one play to the tie the game between the Cougars and Gaels at 34 points apiece with 1:21 remaining in the first half.
BYU trailed Saint Mary’s 37-34 at the break.
During the first 20 minutes of the game, Haws scored 6 points on 2-7 shooting. He pulled down 2 rebounds and dished one assist in 16 minutes on the court.

Nixon scored 5 first half points on 2-3 field goals. The BYU forward added 2 rebounds in 18 minutes of play.
Cougar guard Zac Seljaas led BYU with 7 points in the first half.
Saint Mary’s star guard Jordan Ford posted a game-high 10 points on 4-7 from the field during the first 20 minutes of the game.
