Jazz Center Rudy Gobert Posts Perfect Half Shooting Against Knicks

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert recorded a percent shooting first half against the New York Knicks.
Gobert shot a flawless 4-4 on field goals during the first 24 minutes of play between the Knicks and Jazz on Wednesday, January 8.
The Stifle Tower scored a game-high 14 points while adding 9 rebounds, 1 assist, and a block in 17 first half minutes. Gobert led the Jazz to a 72-53 lead over the Knicks at halftime.

Gobert went 6-10 on free throws and recorded a +26 plus-minus rating.
Early in the game, Gobert had a massive jam that spurred a big run by the Jazz.
The Jazz outscored the Knicks by nine points in the second quarter on their way to a 19 point advantage at the break.
Utah outshot New York 65 percent to 44.9 percent from the field and 50 percent to 30 percent on three-pointers.
Bojan Bogdanovic posted 13 points on 5-8 shooting. He also had a +26 rating.

Donovan Mitchell had 12 points on 4-6 field goals.
Former New York Knicks guard and current Jazz point guard Emmanuel Mudiay had 11 points to led Utah’s bench.
Knicks guard Elfird Payton scored a team-high 11 points on 5-10 shooting. New York rookie R.J. Barrett added 10 points in the first half.
