Reports: Jazz Waive Jeff Green; Sign Rayjon Tucker

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and Shams Charania from Stadium, the Utah Jazz have waived forward Jeff Green and signed Rayjon Tucker from the G-League.
Tucker is has played in the G-League for the Wisconsin Herd, averaging 23.8 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists, while shooting 49 percent from the field and 38 percent from beyond the arc. He is an undrafted rookie from Arkansas Little-Rock.
The 6’5 forward made a strong impression in the G-League Winter Showcase, a tournament that the Salt Lake City Stars won.

Green played in 29 games for the Jazz this season, averaging a career-low 7.8 points, along with 2.8 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game, while shooting 38 percent from the field and 33 percent from the three-point line.
The Jazz made a move earlier on Monday, they traded Dante Exum and two second round draft picks to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Jordan Clarkson.
Utah’s front office will turn to Georges Niang to take the minutes from Green and second round draft pick Jarrell Brantley has been traveling with the team.
