Jordan Love Breaks Utah State Record Against Kent State

FRISCO, Texas – Utah State quarterback Jordan Love broke an Aggies’ school record in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe Frisco Bowl against the Kent State Golden Flashes.
Love set a new Utah State record for total offense in a career against the Golden Flashes on Friday, December 20.
The Aggie QB surpassed former USU signal-caller Chuckie Keeton’s mark of 8,808 yards from 2011-15.

In 2018, Love posted the 3,630 in his second season with the Aggies.
Love entered the Frisco Bowl with 3,085 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions on the season.
With 2:27 left in the third quarter, Love was 22/27 for 231 yards, 2 touchdowns, and an interception.
Love’s TD throws were to Siaosi Mariner and Deven Thompkins. The Aggies held a 27-26 lead over the Golden Flashes late in the third quarter.
